Girly movies
Ok hey am a new blogger and I thought of a good way to start of is to start with a subject I know about which is THE BEST 5 GIRLY MOVIES!!!!! :)
Ok in no particular order I would like to start with the twilight saga :
I think this is great movie because bella swan is an ordinary girl just like us who happens to fall in love with the dark and mysterious Edward Cullen who is also GOERGOUS I may add. It gives us girls a hope that maybe one day we will find our selves an Edward cullen!!! Most girls can relate to main character of bella so that also helps us feel more towards the characters and also who wouldn't want two smoking hot guys fighting over us I mean come on that's what I call heaven!!!
The next one has to be John tucker must die:
This is a great teen comedy and is great if you want some eye candy!!!
The four main girl characters are all very different and you will be able to relate to one of them.
Carrie- she is an overly intellectual 17 year old. She is the kind of girl who spends her time at after school programmes and studies in her spare time, and wants to succeed in life. She is also witty, smart, slightly geeky and is a computer nerd, but she not only has the brains, she has the looks as well!
Heather- she is the popular cheerleader that other girls look up to. She is sassy and aggressive, and can be overly confident.She also thinks she is "it" and thinks she deserves everything including John tucker. Heather is a girly girl who isn't afraid of showing of her body and also takes pride in her clothing making her a big fashionista!!!
Beth- she is the vegan of the group. She is a green peace retro hippi who cares about the environment and is a big tree hugger! She is also a big believer in the free love movement. She is the kind of girl who meditates during P.E and tries to calm everybody down but the minute she's upset she's a total
lunatic and starts screaming at everyone!!!
The last and final main girl actress is Kate. Kate is the new girl, a wall flower who kept to herself in
the beginning. She is smart, kind but can be quite, but she does get her point across. She is the type of
gal who looks out for her mum and also cares about her so call friends and their feelings.
The next movie is a fab one, Angus thongs and perfect snogging!!!
This is great as the setting is so normal and just like a girls daily life. It also goes through many things that teenage girls are afraid of for example their first kiss, if their legs are to pale, if the guy you like likes you back and all the other embarrassing teenage girl dramas!!!
The characters of parents also let the teen age girl viewers connect with the main character of Georgia and understand and maybe relate why her parents are so annoying!!! The movie is good if you like to see a pretty boy as the main boy character is a heart throb and will bound to make your eyes turn into love hearts haha. So overall this movie is a good laugh, witty but also tackles the problems of teenage girls in a light hearted way.
One of my favourite girly movies of all time is mean girls!
This is good if you are looking for a laugh!!! The film is mostly based on the three main mean girls in the school, Regina, the meanest, Gretchen, the middle meanest of the
group and Karen the least meanest in the group. The movie is an over exaggerated view on school life and what high school is like which makes this movie fun and
enjoyable! The movie also focuses on the main character of Cady Heron. She was the new girl at the beginning just trying to fit in and make some friends but as the movie progresses and she and her new friend Janis Ian try and ruin Regina's life, Cady changes and you will see this clearly through the movie. So I will highly recommend this totally bitchy but hilarious movie!!!
And the last and final movie is beastly!!
Beastly is a modern take on the classic Disney movie of beauty and the beast. It also gives the viewer the lesson of not being selfish and arrogant.The movie stars the delicious Alex Pettyfer who plays the aggregate Kyle Kingston(beast), and Vanessa Hudgens you plays the sweet Linda Taylor (belle.) it also stars Mary-Kate Olsen as the witch who puts the curse on Kyle and teach him that everything is not about looks but it's what's inside of you!!!
So if you like romantic fantasys then you will love this enchanting movie :)
